Although people of all ages are welcome at any class here, classes for kids and teens alone can be a lot of fun.
Introducing kids to yoga at a young age can help them learn to manage their feelings, and help them burn off extra energy. Kids love to move, to experience the world through their bodies. This class will encourage kids ages 6–10 to move their bodies and explore their breath through traditional yoga poses, partner poses, as well as games and storytelling. Come have fun, build strength, flexibility and balance in body and mind in a fun and supportive class.
