Included in the Group Breath Retraining Course:
  • An initial 30-min private Zoom call with Jennifer to discuss what you are looking to get out of your Breath Retraining Course 
  • Weekly 1-hour lesson to watch on your own time
  • Copy of the Breath Retraining Manual
  • 5 small-group Zoom sessions with Jennifer, 60 minutes each
  • 1 private Zoom call with Jennifer, 60 minutes (between group sessions 3 and 4)
  • Email support from Jennifer throughout the training
  • Access to Additional Resources (Video, Audio, Articles, etc) to support you during your course and after
  • Follow-up check-in approximately 2 weeks after the course has finished to help keep you on track
  • Jennifer is available via email for 6 months from the start of the training for any questions that arise​

  • Access to a "members only"  resource page with videos, audio recordings, and research articles curated to support your learning — you have access to this forever
  • Follow-up check-in (by email and/or 30-min Zoom session) approximately 2 weeks after the course has finished to help keep you on track
