Rhythm and the Breath
Everything in us is oscillating — our breath, our heartbeats, our nervous system. The rhythms of one system impact the other systems. We can manipulate our breathing, change its rhythm. How does that influence what's happening in your body? When should be do this, when should we not, and how can we manipulate breathing to be either beneficial or harmful to the other oscillating systems?
