Yoga is for everybody. Yoga doesn't just mean doing handstands that float down to chaturanga (as beautiful as that is). Yoga doesn't mean being able to be a pretzel and put your feet behind your head (as impressive as that is). Yoga is connecting with your breath, and calming your mind. Not everyone can put their feet behind their heads, but everyone can breathe. Breathe.

    I tend to take in food like I take in information in small, digestible bits, even eating breakfast in two or three parts. Second Breakfast is something small to read, something to feed the brain or the soul, and goes well with a cup of tea.
