We're a culture obsessed with achievement, with accomplishments, industry. But what do you do when you're too tired to keep going? Caffeine? Numb yourself with more Netflix? Spin class? Sometimes what we truly need is rest. Turn off the screens, stare out a window, have a nap. Don't be afraid to say you need a break. You'll be healthier, happier, and actually more productive if you take the time to rest when you need to. Thanks, Mr. Twain for the good advice.
