We've just finished Thanksgiving here in Canada and I've begun A Season of Gratitude, my free offering that will span the 45 days until American Thanksgiving in November. Today is Day 2. Of course, as I'm writing and researching and thinking about gratitude, it's on my mind a lot. Research says that gratitude practices bring a sense of satisfaction, joy, well-being to our lives. And I would agree. The more I look around me and see the good, the more I feel good. Gratitude practices change you.
