Where: The Loft at 21 Marjorie Street, Moncton Although Yoga and Running are two very different activities, they can be good friends. Pairing your yoga practices with your running routine can make both better. Join Jennifer for an afternoon of learning and practicing together. We'll do a complete yoga practice. We'll also talk about some of the common injuries from running and how yoga can help prevent them, or recover from them.* You'll leave this workshop with: • a pre-run yoga practice (10 – 15 min) • a post-run yoga practice (15 – 30 min) • two yoga practices for rest days (30 – 60 min) • a practice to increase strength and flexibility • a practice to relax |
