This is your space to move, breathe, and practice at your own pace. Browse the library and drop into any class that calls to you.
 

Many classes use props — you'll find a full list in each video's description. No props? No problem — I'll walk you through easy swaps with things you have around the house.

Have a request? I'd love to hear it — send me an email and I'll do my best to make it happen.

Classes are organised into Categories:
  • Breathworks: These classes have a focus on functional breathing and the exploration of breathing and movement.
  • Gentle: For when you need something relaxing.
  • Chair Yoga: These can be done at your desk, or at home if you need or want the support of a chair. 
  • Somatic Exploration: Feel your body as we explore and try some new things.
  • Movement Snacks: 10min or less for when you just need to move.
  • Let's Move: Moderate effort needed for these classes. You might break a sweat.
  • Work Hard (With Options): A more intense class, with lots of variations so you can work at your own pace today.
  • Breathe With Me: These are short breathing activities that we can do together.
