Personalised yoga practice to support you where you are
work with me
Yoga therapy is yoga for one. It begins where you are — your body, your breath, your history, your nervous system — and is shaped entirely around you. There is no fixed programme, no arrival point, no single place where change begins. We follow what's there.
We might work with movement, breath, sensation, awareness, or rest. A shift can begin somewhere unexpected. That is the nature of this work — the whole self is always involved, even when we start with a shoulder.
We don't work in pain. If something hurts, we don't do it. We work around, beneath, and with what's there — drawing from movement, breathing practices, guided meditation, and yogic philosophy, all adapted to you. Over time, what we're really doing is helping your system find its way back to its own ease and adaptability. Not fixing. Not overriding. Listening, and making room.
I work with people navigating physical pain, breathing patterns, trauma, and the particular exhaustion of feeling stuck in old patterns. If you're not sure whether this is right for you, reach out — we can talk it through.
Sessions are available in person in The Loft, a quiet, light-filled studio in my home in Moncton, or online via Zoom. I am currently completing my certification as a yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and am taking on new clients under supervision.
how it works

We begin with a consultation — a 90-minute conversation where we go through your history, talk about what you're looking for, and get a sense of whether working together feels right for both of us. This is casual and without obligation.
From there, sessions are 90 minutes and are shaped around where you are that day. We might move, breathe, rest, or simply notice. Nothing is fixed in advance.
This is not a quick-fix process. The patterns we carry have usually been with us for a long time, and real change moves at its own pace. Most clients find that working together over a period of months is where the deeper shifts happen.
We'll find the rhythm that works for you.
Consultation fee: $30.
Single session: $120 · Four sessions: $400

Yoga therapy can support a wide range of physical and psychological conditions — from chronic pain, fatigue, and respiratory disorders, to burnout, insomnia, hormonal changes, digestive complaints, and cancer treatment. It might be a sore shoulder, and it could be C-PTSD.
If you're navigating something not mentioned here, please get in touch. If what you're carrying has a name — or doesn't yet — there may be something here for you.
Your situation is unique.
