We call it an hour. It's actually 90 minutes. Some things are too good to rush. In a life that asks everything of you, this asks nothing. No effort. No screens. No one needs you here. Just 90 minutes of being held, deeply rested, and genuinely nourished — in every sense of the word. You will leave softer than you arrived. The last Sunday afternoon of each month. Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling for group classes is available up to 24 hours before class begins. If you choose to pay later, do not cancel with 24 hours notice, and do not show up, you will be billed the full amount for the class.
