Come as you are. Leave more yourself.

what I do

When something won't shift no matter how much you work on it, you may not have heard your whole story yet. Working one-on-one and in group classes with people, we explore generalised patterns through breath, movement, awareness, and the unconscious self — meeting yourself more fully, and finding your way home to ease.

I practice within the
framework of yoga therapy,
grounded in functional breathing,
always trauma-informed.
It is relational work
that moves at the pace
required for real change.

This is for everyone, including those the wellness world has forgotten and excluded. I am anti-racist, and LGBTQ+2S-affirming, fat-positive, and size inclusive. If you are neuro-spicy, physically disabled, or historically marginalised, come on in. All bodies, psyches, and nervous systems are welcome.
There are no prerequisites.

This is an embodied path to yourself.

for professionals

Webinars and teacher training on the intersection of functional breathing, pranayama, and trauma — for teachers ready to go deeper.

There is no arrival point. There is only the practice of learning to be with ourselves.
