Whether your breathing is stuck, unsatisfactory, causing you anxiety, or leading to other symptoms, together we'll get to the root of the issue. 

Some common reasons for breath retraining are snoring, sleep apnea, allergies, asthma, improved athletic performance, and anxiety.
Integrative Breathing Therapy uses all the tools that one has access to in addressing the breathing in these three dimensions.

When you work with me, we might use yoga or movement, Buteyko Breathing, coherence breathing, inspiratory/expiratory muscle training, or pranayama practices.


We'll use the tools best suited to you, your breathing patterns and symptoms.

What to Expect

The Breath Retraining Course runs over 5 sessions, which are scheduled about a week apart.

Each week you will:
  • watch a series of videos to learn about breathing (approx. 1 hour total)
  • meet with me to learn the breathing exercises that are best for you, and to answer any questions that you may have (1 hour over Zoom)
  • practice the breathing exercises daily (up to 1 hour in total, broken up throughout the day in small increments)
After the 3rd session, we often take an extra week or two for you to practice. Then we meet again weekly to finish the 5 sessions.

Following the 5 sessions:
  • you will have continued access to the materials for the remainder of the 6 months
  • you can email me anytime for support
  • ​you also have access to 50% off any additional consultations you would like with me ($60CAD instead of $120CAD) during the remainder of the 6 months
  • included are the breath retraining manual, and access to the Library, a collection of videos, audio, documents and more. Your access to the Library extends beyond the 6 months, as long as it exists.
