After years of teaching breath retraining courses to groups of people, I'm excited to be working again one-on-one.

We'll examine your breathing from all three directions, and customise the work we do for you.

Whether your breathing is stuck, unsatisfactory, causing you anxiety, or leading to other symptoms, together we'll get to the root of the issue.

Some common reasons for breath retraining are snoring, sleep apnea, allergies, asthma, improved athletic performance, and anxiety.
How many sessions you need will depend on your particular breathing situation. Sometimes people are able to resolve things in a single session. Other times we might meet a few times over a period of months.

Integrative Breathing Therapy uses all the tools that one has access to in addressing the breathing in these three dimensions.

When you work with me, we might use yoga or movement, Buteyko Breathing, coherence breathing, inspiratory/expiratory muscle training, or pranayama practices.

We'll use the tools best suited to you, your breathing patterns and symptoms.

What My Clients Say

Sara Kamin

Sara Kamin, Psychotherapist

Jennifer's breathing course is the best and most helpful course I have ever taken in my life. Life-changing. I am so grateful to have found Jennifer! My sleep has improved, my endurance has improved, my breathing has improved. I'm using the techniques Jennifer taught with my clients in my psychotherapy practice now, too. Simply amazing.
